Here you will find the elevations and floor plans etc. via the links on the left. In some cases there have been revisions. For example, we were granted a variance on the frontline set back for the apron / veranda roof. Now the roof can extend 7 feet from the house all the way around.
I would like to let people know that the manner in which the variance request was handled by the town of Qualicum Beach was with the highest degree of professionalism. At each step, the people involved were clear and timely.
Even if the variance was not granted, we were very impressed by the variance board member's pertinent questions, as well as with the professionalism shown by the staff at the town hall. The town staff have kindly and patiently helped us at every step in the renovation.
