The purpose of this website is to provide trades people, building inspectors, engineers, as well as neighbors, friends, and potential renovators with the plans and building schedule dates of our renovation.

We had our house, on Beach Road in Qualicum Beach, raised on July 18, 2008. The framing was started on Monday, July 21 and finished on Tuesday July 22. The house was lowered onto the new main floor framing on Thurdsay July 24. We got to lockup by mid August and finished the apron/veranda roof in early October.
